For participants under eighteen, SGP may require a parent or legal guardian to complete or authorize participant forms, emergency information, medical information, liability releases, media permissions, and other documentation reasonably necessary for participation.

If SGP becomes aware that personal information from a child under thirteen has been collected online without appropriate parental or guardian involvement where such authorization is required, SGP will take reasonable steps to address the matter, including deletion of the information when appropriate.

Background checks and related screenings may be conducted through independent third-party providers. Information provided directly to such providers is subject to their respective privacy and security practices.

Information obtained during volunteer screening will be used only for legitimate organizational, safety, legal, insurance, or risk-management purposes and will be made available only to individuals or service providers having a legitimate need for access.

SGP does not intend to collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or similarly sensitive screening information through ordinary public website contact forms.

VIII. Donations and Payment Processing

Online donations to The Stained Glass Project may be facilitated through Zeffy or another designated third-party fundraising or payment-processing platform.

When you select an online donation option, you may be redirected to or interact with services operated by Zeffy or another independent provider. Payment-card information, banking information, or other financial credentials submitted through those services are processed by the applicable third party and are subject to that provider's terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

SGP may receive information reasonably necessary to administer and acknowledge a donation, including donor name, contact information, contribution amount, contribution date, gift designation, and related transaction information.

SGP does not ordinarily receive or retain full payment-card or banking credentials submitted through third-party donation platforms.
